Our products have been selected and tested one by one so as to comply with the highest standards of quality and presentation. However once you have received our products you should  check they have arrived perfectly. If you see that the package has been manipulated before reception or the goods show signs of not being in perfect condition, we ask you not to accept the goods, take a picture of the state in which the package has arrived , take a picture of the merchandise and please inform us immediately what happened, attaching the photo to the email address: info@fruitamina.com 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order and you wish to return it, please contact us by email so we can proceed to authorize it. Being perishable goods that may be damaged and expire quickly, you have a period of 48 hours from the delivery date, to make the return (According to Article 44 and 45 b) of the Law 7/1996 of 15 January Retail Trade amended by Law 47/2002, of 19 December.). Returns can not be accepted after 48 hours from delivery and without prior notification by email explaining the reason for it. 

Refunds shall be made by all of the products supplied, in the original packaging, in perfect condition and the customer agrees to send them safely so it arrives in perfect condition. After receiving our package, if you decide to return it, return shipping costs are at your cost. 

The amount of the refund will be paid to you within three days from receiving back the goods. You should give us a bank account number in the mail where you explain the reason for the return, and after verification that effectively returned products are not suitable for consumption. The amount refunded will be  the purchase price the product and in no case we will refund the shipping costs.
